RISE in Mystic, CT, serves up full breakfast, lunch, and builds community by working closely with farmers to source local, quality ingredients.

What is one of your favorite smells? That's so hard, there are so many! I do love the smell of an ice cream parlor. That's up there.

At what job would you be terrible? I would make a horrible politician! I am too emotional and have no filter. My debates would degrade quickly.

What does success mean to you? Success to me means being able to take pride in your actions. Do what you love, do what you think is right, take risks, don't be afraid to fail.

Fox Farm Brewery is located on a thirty acre parcel of farm land in Salem, Connecticut. Their brewery/tasting room is open for on-site pours, growler fills, bottle and cans sales.
